I don't know how many of you get the Alice Cooper radio show, but my local Classic Rock station picked it up. For those of you don't know, Alice Cooper is somewhere between Ozzy Osbourne and Kiss; the founder of Shock Rock and crazy performances.

Anyway, his stage persona is some kind of dark wizard or vampire or something; he sings about cannibalism, pours fake blood everywhere, etc. The lead-ins for the show after commercials all play on this persona, talking about his innate darkness, how he's a madman, etc. It even claims that he'll give you nightmares.

But the best part is, though, that he's quite possibly the most normal guy on radio. He speaks in a perfectly calm voice, he jokes about his age, what have you. He just makes a few obligatory mentions of blood or nightmares off-hand once or twice an hour, and I guess that's all it takes to be the most evil man on radio.

Oh well, he migh not deliver on the "evil" in a tangible way, but at least he has good taste in music, and that's what I've got the radio on for in the first place.
