Spud (my nickname for the skinhead) is in a tricky situation here. He doesn't want his friends to get attacked by knights, but he doesn't want the knights getting massacred either. I think if I was in his situation, I'd probably try the same thing. Allow my friends time to escape and move to a new bolt hole and avoid unnecessary bloodshed…Of course, he's dealing with Rekki here, so…Hahaha.
I love writing scenes where both Rekki and Subo are being pretty silly and funny in their own way. I dislike the attitude that the woman should be the 'straight man' in comedy (which as dated as it may seem is still quite prevalent, particularly in Gaming comics) With Rekki and Subo they tend to take turns at being the straight man and the buffoon because of their opposing temperaments. Equal rights means equal silliness too! ^_-
