Frank is very muscular! Now listen up, this'll take a while to explain. This is a DeviantART project, made by Simplecomics, he is using the account "WINNINGisforLOSERS" to run this project. (I believe it's also the name of the project.) It's a Super Smash Brother's parody, where comic characters battle it out and stuff. It's going to be a real hoot. I can't post every single comic with Frank in it, so visit the account for it. The account is broken in to a few sections. Favourites have all the fanart made by other members in it.
