Look! He's doing alchemy!

I know, I know, late again. I'm working on it, and hopefully next week I can take a break and you guys will get either filler one-panel comic(s?) or guest comics. Depends on if I can get my friend to get un-busy enough to draw something, or whatever.

In the meantime, comic! I've been wanting to do this one for a couple weeks now, and I could never properly place it. I assumed it would be on a Friday someplace earlier on, but it got pushed back.

Something difficult in a series like this is, everything is happening more-or-less in realtime. Even if pages don't take place on the day of their release, they're at least taking place the week of their release. As such, story feels (to me, at least) as if it's lagging a bit, and when someone recommends that I continue a story from a previous week, I feel awkward because it's continuing it a week later. Often exactly so (last week's story took place fairly early in the week, though I suppose this one takes place today and tomorrow).

It's difficult keeping track of it all, and for someone who reads on through, it probably feels like the year is rushing right past. Then again, by the end of high school, a person probably would feel like time really flew by. Even if he felt like it dragged on when it was happening…
