I would like to be the first to say: I can't draw a marijuana leaf…nor do I want to know how to draw one.

This guy has appeared once before in the Invasion arc. I decided to reuse him here, though it wasn't until after I wrote the script, but not THAT long after I wrote the script. Eh…I'm just rambling now.
