Okay, in a few months, I'm going to put Jix into a hiatus. During this time, I'm going to run a test of a rebooted version of Jix. The major difference, other than story, is that it's going to focus more on telling a story rather than telling a joke. That's not to say it won't be funny, but I'd rather not have to dictate my writing by making people laugh.

I figured out that my comic strip telling a story should be a story with humor, so I'm revamping with a new story. If it doesn't work out, then I'll cancel that series and bring Jix back. Part of the reason I'm waiting so long before I do this is because I have some loose ends in Jix to tie up in case I switch completely to the new series.

It'll be like Henchman No. 9, except updated more regularly as it will have more story to it. Hn9 is pretty limited at the moment.

Look for "Ambis" coming soon. It will be based heavily on The Colony arc, but with considerable changes.
