As I think I've said before, I picture Grey DeLisle doing the voice of Remula with her higher (Frankie from Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends voice) for Jix and her deeper voice (Azula from Avatar) as Remula. She and Tara Strong would both have a good range for Remula and Jix.
As for Lamerix…I think she could do a deadpan voice between Remula and Jix's.
And then The Ambis would be played by Steven Blum.
