Page 15: Crossover Melee 3 - Time

Captain Midnight and Luminary are soldiers.  They will kill when necessary.  The Swimmer and the Runner are very much not soldiers, and they therefore maintain a more classic, Silver Age-y approach to their actions.  Granted, the Runner doesn't consider himself a superhero, but he does have a Silver Age attitude to his actions.
