It is truly a good time to be a fan of 1970's and '80s sci-fi pop culture. The last few years are checking so many of the boxes that have been a part of my fan dreams. Just to name a few: more live action adventures of Boba Fett and Captain Pike from Star Trek, an entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Transformers toys that look exactly like the Generation 1 characters but with modern articulation. Am I wrong or are we in a Golden Age?
