our merman awakens…and screams. but that is a nice-looking Andre there. Not fantastic, but still nicer than the Andres on other pages.

I guess I owe an explination, huh? Last week we had new floors put in. I live in southern louisiana, so our house got a tad of hurrican damage, mostly to my end of the house. My room and the office were fine, though, which I find strange. still, we just got new floors for my brother's room and the guest room, both of which had a tree in them. My parents also decided to re-floor the office, just 'cause it had had its old floors for a while. So while the workmen were in here, I could not access the scanner. andf then I wnet on a nice, 3 1/2 day long vacation…most people who read this already know all that, because they hang out with mye at school. But the one(…s? do I have one fan I don't know personally?) who don't know now do. it's great to learn.

I decided to play with monochrome a bit. mechanical pencil seems to scan better than color pencils. I like the way Andre looks in monochrome a lot. I have to shade in his hair all the time in my sketchbook, or it doesn't look right to me.
