This update gives a hint about the Magellan attitude towards vigilante-style supers, that is, it's frowned on although tolerated to a degree. Cranky pants Ken Spence (aka Nitro-Man in his active years) is of course referencing Go!Anna (aka Annie Summers) and Wombat-man (aka Luke MacDonald) who we met a few pages ago. As you might have noticed, things can get a bit feisty on the Academic Council. Next: Kaycee and Nadine arrive at the Academy.
