Council member Ken Spence (formerly Nitro-Man many years ago) gives the prodding to the dumbstruck cadets. Like any teen having her father ogled, Charisma responds with predictable scorn. (I always thought this sort of thing was a bit of a myth myself, until I overheard a conversation on a train with a teen saying how her girl friends had the hots for her dad!)
