"Scratch my white,warty, glowy back and I'll scratch yours!" Bugle knows how to get the comics he needs for his collection.

I don't use silhouettes much in my art, not sure why that is - but I did think that a black/white silhouette would be interesting. Sadly, that's it for Bugle - a brief appearance by a intriguing character, that's all you get. Maybe we'll see him again some day…
