Zelda gets sprung in a divey motel in Kings Cross (hence the Kings X) mug. The Cross, for non-locals, has a reputation as being very seedy - drugs, prostitution, crime, etc. I went for lots of browns to highlight the seediness…! You may recall that Zelda was last seen way back on page 2.14 where she had the bright idea of sending Go!Anna off on a doomed air trip to Thailand!
