One of the things about Magellan is that it is waaay to big to be run by a butler - like any huge organisation it has various levels of administration and bureaucracy and security etc. Welcome to the boring hum-drum of running a super hero academy! There are a lot of civilians, mostly staff at the island - be they accountants, cooks, cleaners, etc - and we'll get to meet some of them as this chapter develops.
