If you've been reading from the start you may still not remember Ken Spence who is a member of the Academic Council. He was first seen in Chapter 1 - see in particular page 1.22 to get a pretty good idea of his general disposition and why he's so cranky at Annie (aka Go!Anna). Anyway, I quite like the verbal jousting that's going on in this page… everyone has attitude and no one's going to get the better of them!
