Ken Spence has clearly learned well how to goad an enemy… maybe that's how he lost his legs! At any rate you may recall that Charisma had a run in with Spence earlier on in this chapter and she called in daddy Epoch to sort old Spence out. Eposch was of the opinion that Charisma didn't belong at the Academy while Spence believed she did - so what's he playing at?
