What's a story featuring magic if it doesn't have a flying carpet ride? It adds a bit of levity to the situation. er… no pun intended!! Also gives me a chance to showcase the new arrivals awy from the gloom that was the wreckage of Gola Beh's destroyed house.
This page gives us the first real hint that the world our future travellers came from might differ from this one… dun-dun-dunnnn!!
