And today we get to see Ranger Bill in action… apart from flying via jet pack and being a wise cracker there hasn't been a lot more to know of his abilities. I consider his suit to be created via fantasy rather than science however science is it's fantastical basis (which is why it uses nanobots instead of gremlins, jet-packs instead of wings, etc). It's a result of him being originaly from a different dimension…
