When I started Magellan and created The Hierophant (named after the holy man of the tarot card deck) I had no real idea what his powers were, he was really just an extra. It wasn't up until about this page that I came up with the concept of being able to summon one of the powers of the Greek Gods/demi-gods and godesses at a time… so yes, he's a bit like Captain (Shazam) Marvel and a bit
like Ultra (Legion of Super-heroes) Boy - but with the aforeentioned Greek gods angle. Pretty cool really - I wish I'd thought of it earlier!

Drunk Duck Awards 2011: The finalists have been announced and Magellan has been nominated for Best Plot Development. That's a big honour, thanks to everyone who put my name in the hat. The awards are in a month or so… I'll let you know if I win.
