In Al's original draft he had Charisma calling Rochelle and MM a variety of put down names, but the true essence of Charisma is that she really only cares about herself… so I suggested that she ignore them completely instead. Having Gabby stroke her ego is all the distraction she needs! Gabby is another of the many cadets who have received very little screen time… in fact this is the first time she's spoken in the comic.

Notice how we don't actually provide an explanation for how Gabby's power works? ;-)
