This is a "That Random Paint Comic...comic, made by Jules. Jules says he likes this one because "This wasn't exactly my FAVORITE page, but it meant a lot to me because it re-introduced The Evil Scientist-Guy. I guess you could say it also inspired me to continue on with T.R.P.C." I think it's pretty cool how people can draw stuff like this in paint…I suck at it :'(.
