Let's be honest, there's probably not going to be a female Doctor. If there were, my pick would be Emma Watson. It wouldn't be a very big stretch going from Hermione to The Doctor.
But barring her, I don't really want a female Doctor. True, there could be some humor with him getting used to be a Time Lady (or whatever they're called), but that'll probably get old and wouldn't be worth it.
Oh yeah…if you don't watch Doctor Who, the guy in black is The Master. He's a crazy Time Lord and a prominent Doctor Who villain.
