I'm with Batman on this one. When I heard the news (Andore linked me to Hollywood Report), I thought it was one of those fake news sites like The Onion. There is one for movie news, but I forgot what it's called.When I Googled it, I turned out to be true. My first action was "really? REALLY?!?"And then once I thought about it, I ended up having a "let's wait and see" attitude. I liked him in the Jay and Silent Bob movies, Paycheck (very underrated movie based on a pretty good Philip K. Dick short story), and Argo. What the hell? Let's see how he does.And I don't think Daredevil was completely his fault. I blame the script and directing.And yeah…could be worse…could be Clooney. (Though…I guess part of his was directing, too. I'm sure with someone besides Schumaker, he might've made a passable Batman.)
