Sorry for the very late comic.

Yeah, I wanted to go with a year or decade, but Star Wars doesn't give years inside the universe. Fans are given A New Hope's Battle of Yavin as year zero and things take place either 4 years before the Battle of Yavin (or BBY) OR they take place like…50 years after the Battle of Yavin (ABY). (Those years were picked randomly.) Even though they're talking about the EU and canon, it wouldn't make sense for Kylo to say something like "This isn't 25 ABY!" because they don't use that in the books/movie/comics. And not all of my readers would know that…so I settled for something that made more sense for both the casual fan and the characters…even if it was more wordy!
