152 - Company Man

Okay, this is my homage to the awesomely awesome COMPANY MAN. Actually. I drew panel two with a different joke in mind, one that I may still run depending on how a certain basketball team from a certain city in Arizona does this weekend.

Not only is Company Man really funny, but Frank is a fellow Arizona cartoonist. Although we haven't met, he must be awesome because of that.

I tried to draw this one in his style, which is actually similar to the style I drew in high school (though much better). Hopefully I did his strip some justice.

In case you did not know, that is supposed to be Billy and Sebastian on the sofa.

I am still lacking pens. I tried to break out some old ones, but they aren't cutting it. I used a brush pen on this one, but can't use it on a normal strip. The good news is that the next three strips in the storyline are pencilled plus I have some character sketches for upcoming storylines, so you'll get some sneak peaks.
