Powers/Skills:
Although he has never demonstrated or claimed to have superpowers, his ability to talk his way out of almost any situation has been noted on more than one occasion. When in battle he becomes crazy, falling into a trance that makes him erratic, unpredictable, and violent. This combined with his clawed glove are what let him go toe to toe with super villains no "normal" man could face. He has above average strength, dexterity and agility.

Background (History)
The Incisionator spent the first half of his life in a small town in Kentucky, learning everything that he knows by hunting in the woods and drinking in the roughest bars in the south. He is short.
