Chapter 2 Title - Strength

And so chapter 2 begins! I'm really happy with how this came out and I'm still planning to go back and rework the first chapter title page into something similar.

I've actually got the first page of chapter 2 all done, but I'm not happy with how it looks. I've done page 26 about 3 times now each time with a different look but nothing has captured what I want to do with the comic very well. Thankfully, I got it right here so I have something to upload today after a month of absence! I'll have page 26 ready relatively soon.

The reason I change the look of things is for experimentation, to see what works best for the comic and for myself. Someday, I hope to make Starsign into a full-fledged animation so this is my time to experiment with storytelling and art. :)

Anyway, sorry for the hiatus, I'm back in the swing of things! I'm going to be trying to get 2 pages done every week but I don't want the quality to suffer and I'm starting school on September 3rd! How exciting! I have -all- art classes and because I have some gen. ed. stuff done from my stay at Umass Boston, I got to take some second semester stuff in my first semester! Animation Basics, here I come!
