Today's fan art is near and dear to my heart. This was drawn by my daughter Elora. I had no idea she was going to do this, so I was delighted to find this on my desk one day when I got home.

She did this drawing a year ago when she was just 4-years-old. I love how little kids always insert themselves into any drawing they do.

Here's a picture of Elora taken just a few months ago. She's 5 now.



Now, try to imagine that face just a couple of years younger and with a different hair style and you have Dictator Tot. Yep, I based Dictator Tot on my own daughter. There's a conversation DT has early on in Chapter 4 in this strip that has some lines taken verbatim from some of the things Elora has said to me.

She's a fantastic little girl.
