Tales of SIG managed to get three nominations in the 2015 Drunk Duck Awards which as some internet wag has said is akin to getting a certificate saying "World's Greatest Dad" from your kids on Father's Day. It means nothing but it feels good.  Though of course the person saying that never got one so what does he know. His greatest accomplishment is probably the "Just showing Up" certificate for Little League. At least in my day you got a t-shirt.
Here are the awards just scroll through the next few pages.

Da-tu is especially happy, well as gleeful as a species supposedly without emotions can be, for her nod as Best Antagonist. Hopefully she'll survive long enough to show up at the ceremony.  I wonder by how many votes she beat out Lon? Well if she wins maybe Lon will be gracious enough to accept the award in her stead.
HUGE shout-out ot the Godstrain and Kimluster for being the comci that got nominaitons everywhere!  And well deserved.  If you aren't reading it but it is likely you are, start reading it. Better yet go back to the beginning and see how it evolved.  Wow. To think Tales of SIG was in a tie-breaker with that and El Cid's Transneptuian http://www.theduckwebcomics.com/TransNeptunian/    I mean all it has been so far is 25 pages of people floating around having sex and vivid discussions about low gravity, but it is El Cid and that promises so much.  It could have been a placeholder and a couple of test renders and it still would get nominated.

Anyway, the fight continues with some comic bits. Most of these panels are composites of the figures who were all photographed seperately.  Cadet Nakkar goes off to take care of Dr. Rush and Cadet Hakufu flies into Dancer. Cadet Hakufu is a tribute to the anime series Ikkitousen.
