Going for a more cinematic feel with this one, trying out some light and darkness effects. I can't help but feel that Cecil looks like one of Davy Jones' crew on holiday.

Also, behold the glorious ineptly-drawn silhouette of Silopopolis City! (In hindsight, I really should have put a few more reflections on his goggles…)
