Tai's comment "I'd have done no better" was referring to Jaith's specific situation. They are in the same place, but they took very different paths to get there.

Little Jaith didn't end up looking as good as little Tai did…I didn't spend nearly as much time on his design as I did on hers…which was a bad plan…oh well, I hope I can fix it for next time I draw him. Overall, this page isn't nearly as strong os the previous few…I guess I rushed it a bit because I was out of town. I will be out of town this coming weekend as well, so wish me luck on getting things in on time.

More on Jaith's family next week. Have a Happy Memorial Day, think kindly of Vets and those in active service, they go through a lot with little reward. Have a great day off, but spare some time to remember them.
