And now it all starts to change. These things don't happen too quickly. I really don't have too much to say on the page itself, I think it's all pretty clear. If you're wondering why it is that Jaith seems to be getting along so well with other boetheri, this is well before Ralla entered the scene, and they don't get that much more special treatment than the rest of the Guren family's slaves, so they aren't looked down on as much there. In fact, since I imagine Jaith a fairly good story-teller, he may well have been pretty popular among the other slaves until they were separated.
The utensil they're using, I always pictured as being carved from wood and being something akin to a spatula combined with a fork (flat with small tongs). Whether they were given these or make them themselves, I'm not sure. XD

I am happy with the shading, oddly enough. Aren't you amazed?

Oh, and sorry I didn't reply to you guys last page, I meant to, but I kept putting it off, and before I knew it, it was the weekend. Sorry!
