"Be careful!"
"You put too much stress on it without letting it heal!"
"It's too damaged now to heal all the way!"

To expand on the explanation here a bit, magic healing is just a hyper accelerated version of the healing the body does naturally. What this means is that you can heal virtually anything with magic if you get to it quickly enough, but if there's something the body already feels is healed it won't be fixed. A scar, for example, can't be fixed with healing magic, since as far as the body is concerned, that wound is healed. Similarly, if you used healing magic on a broken bone without setting it first, then it would come together incorrectly. I would "heal" but it would heal wrong. This is why, even though they use magic, they have actual doctors handle medical problems.

In Tren's case, his leg has been healing a bit, but with all the stress he's been putting on it, it's healed wrong in some places, so although as far as his body is concerned it's "healed" he still feels lingering pain from that injury when he walks. Though now it won't get any worse, and it won't bleed all over everything, so it's a bit better.

I'm pretty terrible about explaining things in few words, so I didn't trust the short explanation in the comic to get the point across. So I babble on instead, haha! (Also, I like babbling.)

On another note, I kind of love how pissed off the doctor looks in the third panel. I didn't actually plan for that, but when I drew it and that's how it looked, I thought it was so hilarious, I decided to leave it. Besides, it fits. She's not really thrilled to be here, haha.

Thanks for reading! See you next week!
