So now you know what the egg thingies are…and why our villain seemed so secretive about them. It should clear up a couple of other mysteries upon rereads as well, but they're not too vital, so I won't point them out. They needed to get explained though, since so much time is spent going on and on about how magic can't be used, it was about time I explained one of the loopholes.
The elves had to find a loophole after all, they don't function well without magic.
