That's a good idea, Agneris, because he currently knows less about magic than your average five year old.

His concern is that giving the elves back magic would give them an edge to restart the war. Agneris isn't interested in war either, though. As to what his plan is? Well, we'll be getting to it. Agneris doesn't like to rush into things though. I'd imagine a few of you out there could spot what he plans anyway, it's pretty straightforward. :)

Ugh, there seems to be a problem with the kerning on the font on this page. I'm not sure how that happened, but hopefully I'll get it fixed by the next page.
