So that's what they're up to, they're off to try to fix Bradley's voice. It makes sense that it'd work, as Agneris says, if the villain really wanted to use his magic, he wouldn't have wanted him muted, as all the larger spells require spoken words (with smaller spells you can cast them without speaking, not so on the larger ones.
