Last page of the chapter. I know it's not typical practice, but I decided the photograph needed color. This is officially the first time Mike's dad appears in the comic. I actually drew a lot of sketches of him around the time I was coming up with Mike's history. I even had a sort of cameo of him as an audience member back in the circus chapter (which fills me with the joy that only such subtle ironies can produce).

Tomorrow starts a two part episode. Not a lovey Valentine's thing (remember, it's May here; they already had Valentine's Day), but it's still fun and exciting – and there is some kissing, a few faces we haven't seen in a while, and a few new ones too. ^_^

LanceDanger: Not that interesting. Seiko enjoys a world of denial and ignoring things.

Peipei: The court case Kaida mentioned was about the jewel heist and kidnapping of Alex (chapter 8 ^_^). Seiko's parents were killed 12 years ago.

Tantz: It's cool to be part of something that was featured ^_^ – and there are a few more hits for Used Books.

trevoramueller: I lose mine all the time. ^_^;

n_y_japlander: I hope all the down time means they're working out bugs.

amanda: Seiko chooses the "ignore it and change focus" approach. Plus, as a doctor, she has a natural concern for the wounded.

JustNoPoint: That whole conversation made Kaida very uncomfortable. lol. Her sister is getting a tiny bit too close to Kaida's life and past.
