I hope you can follow the panel order. I think it makes sense, but I always worry when I get creative with layout.

When I was planning this story, particularly Kaida's character, I imagined these sorts of encounters would be frequent. Her victims all had friends and family, and with some searching, she's someone who can be found. It's odd (to me) that this didn't happen earlier – although we did see her fear of such an incident. When they went to the beach, I originally planned on Kaida being abducted, but I changed my mind. (The "Yuki's boyfriend" plot worked better.)

ghostrunner: He doesn't want to get caught up in a girl fight. :-P

Peipei: Assassin senses. Gotta be keener than normal for the sake of both survival and a successful job.

n_y_japlander: Kaida didn't recognize him, but she started noticing him following her.

Tantz: Thanks. I hope it turns out nice.

amanda: Twisty swords are fun. But once you stab someone, it's a pain trying to pull it out again. – I'm glad you like the cover art. I was feeling upbeat, but could have easily gone with "ominous."

dueeast: Thanks. It was a last minute thing. I didn't plan on an update this weekend.

patrick: It's the kind of castle King Arthur would've lived in – if he were a fiddler crab.

Mister Kent: I'm glad you liked the pages last week. This week is a little more actiony and serious.

simonmackie: The ladies love Toyo. XD

JustNoPoint: Toyo is a big, hairy man. Lol. Sorry to disappoint, but this is a fairly "low tech" encounter. No defying physics either. :-P

Locoma: Thanks. It might take a while. I have some rough pages I need to clean up first (and one I need to color for next week). – Thanks for the "kris" vocab word. ^_^ I forgot what they were called.
