Small little "panel escape." I don't do it often, but sometimes it just works better. (Why contain a screen within a box?) Oh, and I used the curving border in panel 4 to signify the end of the TV sequence – the way I use scalloped borders for flashbacks. Keep in mind that the crime problem was terrible when this debate took place. It was right at the height of the crime organization and the same year Kaida and Fudo began their "employment."

Gael and Bethany signed a lease on a new apartment. Bethany got a reduction in rent by offering her services as a security guard to basically keep an eye on the building for their new landlord. The new place will allow them to keep Thomas (our cat), so we're all happy. We should all be moved out completely before the end of July. We've lived here together for nearly four years, so it's bittersweet (as is all change).

Um, you might notice a little site makeover. What can I say? I'm in a "change" mood. If you have a small banner (240 x 60ish), PQ me, and I'll put it up.

… BTW, there will be regular Used Books updates all this week and part of next week. We'll finish this chapter before I start my "must get moved and settled in" hiatus.
