So.. the second panel is actually true. Of course, supermassive particle-generated gravity prevents it from happening. But that's why string theory is so exciting. If you can find the right substring vibration, you might be able to escape your own gravity.
Its funny, when I was a kid, before I knew about string theory, I had a theory of my own. That rocks vibrated too slowly to see grass. And grass too slow to see deer. And us and the deer, too slow to see angels. And angels too slow to see god. This was before they discovered string particles and proved vibrational theory correct.
Mine was a scientific religious theory. Huh. Go figure.
Also, my ex is making a Dethtapus logo in 3D. Its going to be amazing. Because.. Dethtapus!
I just now realize at no point in the 15 pages I drew this week did I actually name the band in the comic. The band is named Dethtapus. They are awesome. Jamie is the bassist!
