13tb159 - HALIBUT HOOKER VOLUME III NUMBER ONE tribute

I have in my sweaty little paws a copy of the very last "Halibut Hooker" (a crew made news letter). Inside it states that it was promulgated on their last run, headed home to Mare Island.
It was obtained from an old buddy of mine from Subscol. He gave it to me because of my appreciation of submarine and / or sailor art work and humor.
It is not work safe. Or even "new navy" safe. It could not be posted aboard a U.S. Navy ship today because it might OFFEND some one. Hell, the name alone might get some one's panties all twisted.
It is cool though and I'd like to get a date to go with it. Probably early 1976 because she was decommed in June.  I want to preserve it and perhaps do some sort of tribute to the Halibut Hooker, the SSGN 587/SSN 587 and her crew.
