Looking through the history, it seems that the comics of note was edited frequently to only include comics in the less-dynamic top lists. I think someone just made the choice to remove it because it's too easy for people to just add their own comics to the list.

You know, I reckon the 'Comics on interests' thing would work if some one kept an eye on it. Not me though, I'd probably delete the wrong ones and that sort of thing (No I don't have much self-confidence, how could you tell?)
