So, its been a long while and I haven't heard anything from or seen any activity from Garwik the current artist of Error for a long time, this is highly unfortunate because he was generally kickass and had an awsome art style that I liked greatly, he produced great looking and dynamic pages.
And to be frank I was lucky to get him in the first place.

So it sort of pains me to say this, but I probably require a new artist.

So if you are interested in being part of a black and white science-fiction drama comic then either post here or contact me via email or any of the methods listed in my profile.

If I get more than one interested artist I will choose based on Art style, availability and various other things, just in case you wondered.

Hold a minute. If I have some free time, I'll submit some work. I have comics below you can view, but I can draw better than that.

See I was thinking, you art style is really stylistic and surreal, I think it's fantastic, but I really have no idea if it would work or not, how are you at drawing death and violence?

That depends on what the linework looks like without being edited digitally, use of colour is quite important (it may be limited but it's important) if unedited art has the required qualites then no it requires no computer editing, but this said I do not want art which I would have to edit myself.

Here's my rendition of your character….

It's just a penciled sketch (no effects or anything done to it) and it didn't take that long to make. Even if it's doesn't meet your standards it was good practice.

edit: some shadeless photoshopping:

and the same thing in greyscale:

Ok, here you go. How's this for violence?

That's the main character choking Mr. Sanders. I messed up the face, as I'm only ok at drawing faces at that range.

Also, I'd like to state that even if you don't want me as the artist, you can keep the pics for fanart or something.

If i knew how to work photoshop I'd love to climb on and try, but I'd be limited to Pen and paper until I can figure out how to work GIMP

Eirikr seems like the best bet right at the moment, but I'll leave it open a bit longer before choosing.

Just as a side note, I'm generally somewhat busy, so I'm not sure how many pages I could do(Anywhere from at least 3-whatever).

I decided to give it a shot. I wanted to show one of his arms, so I ripped the sleeve. hahah.

*edit- no photoshop used. Although, that seems evident enough. hahah.

Now THAT! that would work!

you even drew him "anatomically" correctly. I am heavy duty impressed.

Generic human, would you consider being the artist for Error?

I would most definatly help. But I don't think I would colour it in photoshop. My own comics take so long to do in photoshop, it would be really trying to add another one onto of them. But I would do the linework, if you wanted me to.
