To be honest, nothing unfair like that has happened to me. But I feel I avoid physical bullying quite well.
What I basically do is get on the teachers side. I'm basically a smart alec, but that does come in handy, since they would be more likely to believe you. I know, I once lied to get out of a class that had someone that I didn't like in (that was in primary school by the way, like in year 2). I also know a martial art so if someone did actually hit me, I would claim I was defending myself. I'm just prepared for whatever could happen.

I once got suspended for editing my school's Wikipedia page. That was fun.

I was also nearly expelled for drawing crappy comics, as the administration worried that I would become some sort of Columbine killer, or something. That was fun as well.

I'd hardly call that unfair.

Not only did you incite MORE violence but you completely over reacted to something completely harmless.

You deserved what you got, at least.

Unfair is locking a blind man in a round room and telling him that there is a bomb in the corner next to the door.

I paralyzed a kid once… Not my proudest moment honestly. I feel bad about it in retrospect as most kids do when they grow up. Okay really I don't cause he deserved it and it was an unique situation. But still it'll be with him for the rest of his life and that I do feel sorry for.

But hey maybe he just has a crush on you.

Its true…

Some people do not know how to express their feelings correctly, and go about a much different approach to let you know "Hey, i think your hot.", different approaches like bullying you..
You should try to make him not feel so embarassed about his secret feelings for you, perhaps you should tell him, "Hey i think your hot too!".. It might end his streak of bullying you, and the relationship you two share can progress into its next stage…

Or just smack his backside and wink. If he likes you then he'll respond positively. If not he'll leave you alone and quite possibly fear you quite a bit.

i was emotionally abused for about a year…. put up with it. (no punches or anything. they mocked me endlessly)

last day i beat the crap out of the kids at the end of the day(seperatly). broke one kids nose. if anyone pulls some crap on me now it doesn't phase me i know what i can do and when i stay calm it pisses them off. Now i'm well liked by everyone as "that one funny guy who writes comics" Never have been bullied again. ^_^

Nope. Nothing bad ever really happens to me. =/ I was well liked all through my school years. Being smart helps. You volunteer to lead the group project with some of the people most likely to fuck with you later in life and they love you forever after that. I was actually one of the few who got along well with pretty much the entire school. Then again, that practice started to lose its potency once I progressed into my Junior and Senior years. I stopped caring about grades and the whole 'lead the group' thing wasn't my bag anymore. My reputation still seemed to be intact though. I'm rather friendly with all of the former school bullies to this day thanks to my smarts. It's honestly rather surprising that I wasn't abused more in school. I was VERY short (close to 5' most of my adolescent life) up until my Junior year in high school, had big ears, and was a pretty brutal smart-ass all throughout my life. People took a liking to me early on, i guess, and that feeling stuck.

It's probably my disarming smile.
