Hey there! Kinda been a lurker for at least a month but just recently started my own webcomic and I thought this would be a great place to host it (along with my own website). I got a lot of inspiration from the great art and storytelling I saw here and it kind of pushed me to start drawing again (something I haven't done with any degree of seriousness in more than 3 years). I am a bit disappointed in my skill at this point but I hope with time I will get back to the level I was at a few years ago and surpass it.
Great stuff around here, guys and gals!

Welcome aboard. A 3 year break? That's not so bad, it shouldn't take too long to get back in the swing of things. I took a break that lasted more than 20 years before I started drawing again with any frequency. Talk about rusty! I almost forgot which end of the pen to use.
Oh, and watch out for that Shplane guy… he's got a reputation.
The crash shouldn't hold back the updates. Luckily I have my own website and uploaded a fair amount of art onto it beforehand. I expect to update on Mondays (maybe add another day later if I get time). And it didn't exactly "crash" as I described it. It kind of just stopped being recognized by the computer. It won't load the SATA for whatever reason. When I get a bunch of money and don't know what to do with it… I'll see about doing an invasive recovery. That being said… I don't see it happening any time soon.
I'm from MA but recently (couple of years ago) moved to DE. I lived in Boston for about a year and went to art school (like… 6 years ago). I miss it! So.. that's where my comic is taking place. ^_^ Rock, rock on!

Nice. : ) I live about an hour away from the city and was thiiiiiis close to going to college there. Which school did you go to? We may have almost been classmates!
I went to MassArt. But I couldn't take all of the….. art, I guess. Too much pressure. So I moved back to my hometown, went to UMD and switched over to Political Science/Japanese. I make no sense. *^_^*
Understandable. Going to school for illustration killed all voluntary artistic drive I had in me for quite a while. Now I'm going back for graphic arts/printing technology. Not completely unrelated, but it'll certainly be less of a strain on… whatever it is that makes me creative.
Good luck with your new choice. ; )
Well Hello There. Welcome, Would you like a Cold Hot Cola?
…Yes?
and are you really the Nicest Girl? or is it all a lie like the Cake?
I don't know…. I was given the name by someone else. You'd have to ask him. There is a second part ~> "Nicest Girl & Destroyer of Planets" So I think it's all a judgment call. *^_^*
