i stumbled across this webpage, by searching for someone…and then i put my name in, and this is what i got

Heh. Looks like it goes by directory listings. I just did my boss and co-workers name, zero results. They are non-listed.

Apparently, there are 11 of me that are listed. ;)

There is one other person with my name (I have a rare-ish last name, but "Amanda" is dreadfully common) - she does choreography, apparently. We're of similar age as well. Kinda cool.

Hmm, I always knew I had a common name, but I never figured that 3,468 different people had it.

Actually, now that I think about how common my name is, I bet a lot more people in the U.S have it.

Without using my middle name, it turns out I share names - both first and last - with a whopping 9 people in the US.

Of course, I also share names with a woman just downtown, who curiously isn't related to me at all, even though our last name is somewhat unusual.

Eighteen, also, my first name is the tenth most popular in the US.

Oh yeah, I also searched 'Jack Daniels' for a laugh. There are at least two hundred and ninety eight people in US named after booze.
