Yeah, I don't know if they're really stupid or anything, people act in silly ways like that occasionally everywhere. They're probably all just treating it like a bit of fun; A silly community event… Especially since there's a news crew there, that always makes something like this seem bigger because a crew attracts more people to see what's going on. That sketch was pretty sad though and I don't know about the guy with the "Leprechaun Flute"… Maybe he is nuts?

I've seen this before, it's so strange that I can't really believe it's 100% true, I feel like the man with the flute had a hand in setting this up somehow. At leat some of these people must have been in on the joke.

That flute just looked like PVC pipe with holes in it.
