We (my co-author and I) are looking for someone who can build us a website for our comic, Louder Than Bombs. We're looking to expand and that means creating a site with a real domain name and what not. We're not looking for something complicated. Just a simple wordpress/comicpress site. That's all. If anyone is willing to do this out of the kindness of their hearts, it would be greatly appreciated. If you're willing to do it for free, that'd be ideal but we realize that isn't always the case. I hope we can come to an agreement.

I'd be willing to help you out. "Freeness" would depend on exactly what you want me to do. If you click the banner in my sig, you can see what I am capable of (the site is written from scratch if you're wondering). PQ me if you're interested.

I guess I should give some examples.

This is pretty much the best example. Comic in the middle, title bar good navigation and a spot for each creator to post/blog.
