Minus character design I am looking for an artist willing to take full creative control to page setup and how long each chapter is. I will provide the story and where certain fight scenes are etc

I will explain every aspect of each chapter and then he will be given full control. The final product will be published and sold here on the duck! So common get your name out there!!!
